To make your travels a breeze, we offer many ways to access your voucher:
You will receive your voucher in your confirmation email—usually within 15 minutes of booking your activities. However, sometimes it takes up to 48 hours to confirm certain activities.
We suggest adding email@example.com to your Safe Senders list to make sure you receive all our emails, including this one.
If you don’t receive the email, check your spam/junk folder.
You can always access your voucher through your Rio.tours account.
Simply log in to your account or create/reset your password. You can do this on your computer, on our mobile website, or on the Viator app. Once you’re logged in, here’s how to find your vouchers:
On your computer:
In most cases, your voucher will act as your ticket. If you require a separate ticket for your tour, the ticket will be given to you when you check in for your tour using the instructions under the Important section of your voucher.
TIP: Be sure to check your voucher to see if the Tour Operator is able to accept a paper or electronic voucher. If the Tour Operator can accept an electronic voucher, you’ll be able to use your phone or tablet instead of printing a copy of the voucher.
Many of our local operators are happy to accept an electronic version of your voucher. This can be accessed simply by opening the voucher on your cell phone or other portable device. Other tour operators, however do require a printed, paper version of your voucher. You can check the requirement for your specific tour on the website under the “Important Info” tab in the “Voucher Info” section. This information will also be listed directly on your voucher.
If your tour requires a printed version and you do not have a printer, you may wish to try one of the following:

Occasionally, we will need up to 48 hours to receive confirmation from the supplier. Once confirmation is received, your voucher will be e-mailed to you.
If you don’t see your voucher within this time frame, please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes our e-mails do get caught.
Need to change the date, or make another adjustment? Not a problem! In most cases, you can change your booking up to 3 days before your activity. However, please check the “Terms and Conditions” section of your voucher for the detailed policy for your specific activity.
